I’m Ryan Pauley. I spent two decades inside soda ash, chemical, and continuous-process operations before pivoting into industrial cybersecurity and AI. Today I work at the seam where OT security, enterprise AI governance, and plant-floor reality meet — usually all three at once, usually with people who are hearing about the problem for the first time.
